NO, you cannot register. The contractors should have executed works of similar nature in order to be registered with BEL.

Yes. As per existing laws, ESI code number is compulsory in all works that include labour as a component of the work. However, if you do not have your own code, the same may be remitted on BEL code.

First, LOGIN by using the password given by BEL. Click on the ‘Change Password’ icon in order to change the password

After withdrawing our quote, is it possible to quote again?
Yes. Click on the ‘EDIT’ icon, save and submit the quote, before the closing hours of the tender.

After quoting, is it possible to change the rates? If so, is there a limit on the number of times the rates can be changed?
Yes. Click on the ‘EDIT’ icon, incorporate the changes and resubmit. The changes can be made any number of times till the closing hours of the tender. No changes can be effected after the closing hours of the tender

Do I have the facility of viewing the comparative statement of quotes for a tender?
Yes. Click the ‘REPORTS’ icon. The work order number is displayed. Click on the work order number to view the comparative statement. Comparative closing statements can be viewed immediately after the opening of tenders

Can I get a confirmation for BEL having received the EMD?
Yes. A message is flashed on the home page confirming the receipt of the EMD.
